Prior to forming Parallel and Parallel Holdings, Mr. Schneiderman was the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Parallel Capital LLC. At Parallel Capital, Mr. Schneiderman was responsible for the structuring and final approval of in excess of $2.5 billion in commercial real estate loans. He also directed the highly successful acquisition of over $750 million in undervalued, investment grade secondary offering CMBS for an institutional client.
Mr. Schneiderman previously was a principal of FGH Investments, a real estate firm that specialized in high yield debt investments, and acquired, developed, managed, financed and sold all types of income producing properties nationwide.
Before FGH, he spent over 12 years in banking, primarily in real estate banking, most notably at Chase Manhattan Bank. Mr. Schneiderman formulated and executed successful restructuring and disposition plans for assets, both through the brokerage community and directly throughout the eastern U.S.
Mr. Schneiderman is a graduate of the State University at Albany and holds an MBA from Adelphi University.
