Prior to joining Parallel, Mr. Mahood provided risk management and consulting services to CMBS purchasers, advising clients on assets worth in excess of $10 billion.
In addition, Mr. Mahood has served as a “Receiver” in New York State and held a senior staff position with the Resolution Trust Corporation in their asset disposition area. Mr. Mahood has also been an asset manager of REO and mortgage portfolios and managed dispositions and acquisitions for a retail REIT.
Mr. Mahood is a graduate of the University of Virginia and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago.
