Mr. Quinn has over 30 years of experience involving senior management positions in global commercial property, including investment fund management, proprietary investments in distressed assets, capital markets and investment banking. He has previously founded and managed investment funds which made substantial direct investments in commercial property as well as corporate investments in public and private real estate companies in the US, Europe and Asia.
Mr. Quinn is the former global head of Real Estate Investment Management (REIM) of UBS Wealth Management and Business Banking, a position which he held from 2004 to 2009. Under his leadership, REIM acquired over US$12 billion of commercial properties, primarily in the US, Europe, the UK and Japan.
Prior to joining UBS, Mr. Quinn founded and managed TS Quinn Associates, LLC, a real estate investment management firm specializing in property investments for family offices and private investors. Before that, he spent 23 years at JP Morgan where he held various senior management positions with responsibility for real estate investment banking and proprietary investments.
