As an independent consultant, Mr. Sigel has raised over $1.2Bn of debt and equity for a variety of projects. Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Mr. Sigel was Senior Vice President of the Real Estate Finance, Marine Transport and Acquisition Finance Divisions of Irving Trust Co., and was in charge of Credit, Divisional Management and Marketing of all three areas.
Previously, Mr. Sigel was Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Marine Transport Lines, a subsidiary of GATX Corp., where he directed all new financing and refinancing, including over $500 million of fleet financing. |
