Mr. Sirkin has extensive capital markets experience, encompassing debt sales and restructuring, loan placements and originations. He spent over ten years in senior positions at Chase Manhattan Bank, GE Capital and BHF-Bank.
While at Chase Manhattan Bank, Mr. Sirkin managed the sale of multiple sub-performing and non-performing loans and was involved in negotiated sales of distressed loans and REO. He advised clients on debt restructurings and loan placements. He also assisted in the start-up of the conduit/CMBS business.
At GE Capital and BHF-Bank, Mr. Sirkin originated and structured nearly $500 million in financings for opportunity funds and their partners. Additionally, he identified and closed two fund level equity investments.
More recently, he was a Director at the Praedium Group, overseeing disposition activities nationwide and subsequently responsible for acquisitions in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.
Mr. Sirkin is a graduate of Dartmouth College and holds an M.B.A from
New York University.
