Through 2007, Mr. Kim was a Director of the Situs Companies, managing a New York division of the Houston-based provider of commercial real estate services and consulting solutions. Mr. Kim was responsible for a team of analysts and underwriters supporting clients that included leading investment banks, opportunity funds, REITS, private owners and developers.
Mr. Kim oversaw due diligence and underwriting assignments on a wide variety
of asset types and debt structures, including CMBS, bridge loans, mezzanine
loans and equity investments. Mr. Kim was responsible for the provision of services on over $7 billion in debt which included trophy assets and major portfolio transactions.
Prior to joining Situs, Mr. Kim was a Senior Director at Parallel Capital LLC,
where he oversaw the conduit lender’s small balance commercial and multifamily loan program.
Mr. Kim is a graduate of Baruch College and holds a degree in finance
with honors. |
